QWEST SUCKS

My Email to qwest:

I am NOT a qwest customer but you have sent me a bill for services I never ordered. I have called THREE times canceling the service and EVERY SINGLE TIME the person I have spoke to has said that they will clear charges and cancel my account. It should be illegal for you to use my information to charge me. You have to worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I was going to order Qwest service online, but after talking with my friend opted out during the order process because I didn't want a contract. The next day a guy called me back to make sure i didn't want it (first call). I assured him I DID NOT want Qwest.

Then a few days later a modem was sent to my house. I called again and telling them I did not order service. The lady said I could just return the package back and would be refunded and I canceled my account. I returned the package promptly within two days. I even got a return letter in the mail about the package a few days after that so i figured everything was going as planned.

Maybe a week later I got mail about my account. I called AGAIN and canceled my account and was assured by customer service agent Amanda that she would clear my charges and cancel my account and gave me a confirmation cancellation number: D4153***.

Then maybe a week after that I got a bill. I called again to CANCEL my account and explain that i NEVER ordered an account, was put on hold for thirty minutes and was finally assured that the charges would be credited and that I would not have to pay anything and my account would be canceled ((the rep then had the nerve to spend 10 minutes trying to cajole me into buying qwest service)).

Then today I got a letter from West Asset Management telling me that my fictional account was turned over to them for me pay the charges. I am NOT paying charges on something that I didn't order, that I don't want, and that I have been trying to get rid of.

I hate you Qwest.

I hope you don't survive the economic downturn. You are trying to steal my money and that's bad. That is very very bad.
